  • Abstract
    Using a recently developed Pr-Mn oxide black dielectric film, a 9-in-diagonal high-resolution (5 lines/mm), low driving voltage (100 V_{o-p} ) EL panel having high contrast (100:1 under 1000-lx ambient light of the surface) has been realized.
