Abstract :
Welcome to the inaugural issue of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine. It is an honor for me to write the welcome message in IEEE´s newest magazine. From now on, four issues of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Magazine will be provided to the IEEE ITS Society Members every year with the fee being included in the society fee.
