Abstract :
Editor´s note: The following message was presented to the IEEE ITS Society´s Board of Governor´s (BoG) Meeting on October 4, 2007, at the Bill & Melinda Gates Commons, Paul Allan Center for Computer Science and Engineering, University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, USA. This is the most recent President´s Report to the BoG. Prof. Wang was the President-Elect (2006), President (2006-2007), Past President (2008), and the Founding Editorin-Chief of ITSM. Currently, he is the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems.
