Abstract :
This paper describes the philosophy and content of an optional final year course in EMC given in the Electronics Department of the University of York, and gives details of demonstrations and system examples used to illustrate the course lectures. In order to show how the EMC course fits into the electronic engineering B.Sc. degree program, the prerequisite courses in communications and electromagnetics are diescribed.
