Abstract
The conventional harmonical retrieval problem is considered in the Chrestenson (1955) function space. The purpose is to elucidate the relations between the Chrestenson and Fourier transform and also their difference through the harmonical retrieval problem. It can be shown that the spectral resolution and precision can be controlled by the Chrestenson function order p. It is also concluded that if the autocorrelation data is p and a signal is assumed as p-adic stationary, the spectra obtained by the Chrestenson transform is its maximum entropy estimation
