  • Abstract
    At the 1980 ICASSP in Denver an open meeting ofthe Technical Committe on Digital Signal Processing was held. About twenty-five persons, in addition to the regular committee members attended. The purpose ofthe meeting was not regular committee business, but rather to make the history, accomplishments and goals of the Committee known to the general membership. At thesame time, it was intended that new ideas and/or suggestions for projects and/or organization be discussed interactively.
