Abstract :
The information requested is necessary to ensure that submissions for inclusion at ICASSP regeive appropriate review and classification. For this purpose, it is essential that authors address every question below for each submission. If a question is left unanswered, thenthe review committees will interpret a negative response for that question. The intent here is to improve the review process and reduce the load on authors and reviewers.
