MELECON ´83 - Mediterranean Electrotechnical Conference, Athens, Greece, May 24-26, 1983. First announcement and call for papers

IEEE Region 8 invites all to participate in MELECON ´83 in Athens. The Mediterranean Electrotechnical Conference 1983 will cover topics in Energy and Information Systems with special emphasis on applications of interest to the Mediterranean countries. It will provide an opportunity for interaction among the electronic, computing and power communities in the area.
