Abstract :
A technique to reduce the low-frequency noise figure of direct-conversion mixers is presented. Unlike previous techniques, the proposed method is suitable for low-voltage and low-power applications. The results presented demonstrate that the proposed technique can significantly improve the low-frequency noise figure of the mixer, while other performance parameters remain intact.
