Abstract :
Studying pervasive computing´s impact on consumer attitudes and the acceptance rate of new interfaces can help in the design and development of successful business application employing voice-enabled Web systems. The proposed voice-enabled Web system integrates multiple channels and provides users with choices for accessing information on the Internet. It gives users options to meet their needs, fit their preferences, or overcome environmental constraints. Although mobile phones have various options for accessing the Internet, small mobile devices generally have a hard time creating and displaying information
