Abstract :
LBRness is a critical criterion for low-sensitivity realizations of digital filters in the form of LBR two-pair cascades. This paper points out that there has been a missing case in the existing LBR criteria for Type 3 two-pairs, and provides a complete set of the Type 3 LBR criteria
