Abstract :
Microbridge junctions have been fabricated in the vertical c-axis direction of trilayer YBCO/PBCO/YBCO evaporated thin films. Single junctions show critical current (Ic) modulation with applied magnetic field of approximately the period expected from their dimensions. The current/voltage characteristics show Shapiro steps to high orders when irradiated with microwaves. Very low inductance SQUIDs have been fabricated with dV/dΦ>1 mV at 50 K
