Abstract
Some properties of the laminated bar transducer for a frequency range around 55 kHz are discussed. The magnetomechanical coupling coefficient was greater than 0.2 for the current polarization ranging from 0.2 to 0.6 A and magnetomechanical quality factor changed from 30 to 80. Electrical impedance varied from 20 to 90 Omega depending on the magnetic polarization.
