  • Abstract
    An alternative method of ring resonators (RRs) spectral analysis is proposed and demonstrated here. Unlike earlier procedures, the phase information is extracted here from pure spectral intensity data to examine the RR signatures in the time domain. This procedure gives a direct access to all resonator parameters. Also, it is well suited for an automated assessment of dispersive properties of rings in a wide spectral domain.
