Abstract :
The conservation-of-complex-power technique is employed to analyze T-septum waveguides. The effect of dielectric loading on the cutoff frequency and the bandwidth is investigated. Numerical results are presented which show that loading the gap with dielectric not only improves the power-handling capability of the structure but also increases its bandwidth
