Abstract :
Introduces a new linear array of GaAs planar photoconductive detectors for multichannel applications. After a description of the device, its electrical properties are described in terms of its specific detectivity. Then, the results of a performance test of the photoconductor array as a detection system in a multichannel Raman spectrometer are presented.
