Abstract :
The correspondence ldquoThe Inverse S-Transform in Filters With Time-Frequency Localization,rdquo by Schimmel and Gallart, presented a new method of time-frequency filtering with the S-transform. Their technique contains an error, which fortunately can be corrected. This correspondence describes the correction.
