Abstract :
An algorithm for the estimation of time difference of arrival (TDOA) of cyclostationary signals is presented. The algorithm is derived as a generalization of the SPECCOA algorithm. Simulation results indicate that the performance of the new algorithm can greatly exceed that of SPECCOA.<>
