Abstract :
This paper describes how to protect themselves and feel secure in their workplace. The significant need of this fact is that the stress felt from rampant backstabbing, internal politics, hidden agendas and blatant unfairness by vast majority of workers in their job. Several problematic behaviors of the employees in the working place are focused upon. This paper also describes the ways to protect themselves and how to get past the backstabbing activities, which would possibly set back one´s career and reputation. The solutions are think before you speak, watch for signs and habitual offenders.
