Abstract :
Orthogonal space-time block coding in combination with orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing converts frequency-selective multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) channels into a set of equivalent scalar Gaussian channels. For MIMO Nakagami-m fading channels in the presence of spatial correlation, a simple and closed-form approximation for the capacity of the equivalent channels is derived with good accuracy.
