Critique to Burmester and Le attack to Sebe´ and Domingo-Ferrer fingerprinting scheme

Burmester and Le (2004) claimed in a very recent Letter that the 3-secure fingerprinting scheme proposed by Sebe´ and Domingo-Ferrer (2002) was vulnerable to an attack in which a collusion of any three buyers could frame an innocent buyer. The authors show that the assumptions made by Burmester and Le in their attack cannot be made in practice.
