Abstract :
This paper discusses the improvement of employment in US government through the year 2012. Employment in the professional, scientific and technical consulting services grows by 27.8 percent and adds 1.9 million new jobs out of 21 million. Computer systems designs and services and management services also grows rapidly. The information supersector has expected to add 632,000 jobs in 2012, which includes telecommunications, broadcasting, and newspaper, periodical, book and directory publishers and also there is an increase in demand for residential and business land-line and wireless services, cable service, high-speed Internet connection and software which fuels the job growth among these industries. In manufacturing industries the employment will vary from one another because of the international competition. Professional and related workers are employed in private industry and government. However there is a rapid change in the technology and the statistical analysis is made to increase the data by means of robust approach.
