Abstract :
This article demonstrates the chaos synchronization as a laboratory experiment to support the fact that chaotic signals can be utilized for a secure communication system. This chaotic signal is obtained between transmitter and the receiver and the extractor circuit determines the BER. The chaos synchronization is used for coherent detection of message signal. The modulator-demodulator circuit is implemented with discrete components to study the effect of chaos extractor circuit and digital information signal. Thus the security is better at higher complexity level. The experiment shows the ability to achieve the chaos synchronization at the hardware level.
