Abstract :
A novel optical fiber dispersion measurement technique using a streak camera is presented. The feature of the technique is that the relation of the group delay versus wavelength can be seen instantaneously without changing wavelength one after another. It is also presented that polarization mode dispersion and chromatic dispersion can be simultaneously obtained by using the technique.
