Abstract :
Frequency-domain sensitivity analysis of multiconductor transmission lines is derived from the spectral form of the Green´s function of the 1-D wave propagation problem. It enables efficient sensitivity analysis of interconnects with respect to both electrical and physical transmission line parameters, completely avoiding decoupling or similarity transformation.
