Abstract :
This paper discusses the changes in telecom sectors in Cuba during recent years. A country where buying TV, computers, DVD player, microwave ovens and mobile phones were illegal. It has been legalized but still through these reforms one can´t just imagine to access internet as the average wage of the country is less than 20$ a month.
