Abstract :
A novel transceiver design with time offset preamble pre-design and successive interference cancellation post-design schemes is proposed for the downlink coordinated multi-point transmission/reception (CoMP) system. First, the time offset shift design for different base station downlink transmission can provide excellent performance of the synchronization and channel parameters estimation under multi-base station interference (MBI). Second, the iterative algorithm with successive interference cancellation (SIC) can assist to cancel the interference from adjacent BSs and detect data corresponding to different BSs successfully. Computer simulation results confirm that the proposed time offset preamble pre-design can provide the accuracy performance of parameters estimation and combat the inter-carrier interference (ICI) and MBI. Moreover, it can achieve a better parameter estimation performance and BER performance compared with the conventional parallel transceiver preamble design method.
