Abstract :
The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission of nominations for the 2008 Education Award. This award is presented annually by EDS to honor an individual(s) with distinguished contributions to education within the fields of interest of the IEEE Electron Devices Society. The recipient is awarded a certificate and a check for $2,500, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM).
