Abstract
This paper illustrates a geo-localization service used by the Civil Protection and based on the exploitation of an emergency network in TETRA standard working on the Emilia-Romagna region. The target of this paper is to propose new efficient architectures that can considerably improve the network performances and the utilization of this service.
