Abstract :
In this paper, the setup of a short pulse simulator for susceptibility investigations is presented. This simulator consists of a compact ultrawide-band source and a half impulse radiating antenna. First measurements of the simulator are compared with calculated fields. The application of interest is the generation of an ultrashort pulse with a high electromagnetic field strength.
