  • Abstract
    We have developed a comprehensive volume visualization system called VolVis. VolVis is a general-purpose system of potential use in any field that needs to visualize 3D sampled, computed, or modeled data. However, in this paper we concentrate on applying VolVis visualization capabilities to neurobiology, specifically to visualizing cellular structure, calcium, and multiple labels.<>
