Authorship attribution added to "Inertial technology for the future"

It is noted that inadvertently, Professor William Hamilton\´s name, who co-authored the subsection, "XV: A Future for Low Temperatures," in the above-named paper [ibid., Vol. AES- 20, July 1984, pp. 414-440] was omitted, as was his photograph and biography.
