"Volume 1, number 1" sounds full of ambition! It shows that the IEEE Solid- State Circuits Society has committed to something new, a new mission. It shows that the Society is committed to a new journal --one that aims for at least the same quality as the IEEE Journal of Solid State-Circuits. Why?
