Abstract :
The two classical 90° couplers (Lange coupler and branch-line hybrid) are not appropriate for frequencies around 1-5 GHz. The small 90° coupler proposed by the authors is the implementation of the Wheatstone bridge in uniplanar transmission lines. It is dedicated to narrowband applications. The coupler is demonstrated at a centre frequency of 4 GHz
