  • Abstract
    An improved version of a previously reported technique for measuring the decay rates of the gain in TEA CO2laser amplifiers is described. An application of the system to the measurements of k co2-co2and k co2-co2is reported. The advantages of this approach over a standard pulsed gain method are discussed.
