Insigma´s technological innovation ecosystem for implementing the strategy of Green Smart city

In 2004, in the report of "Innovative America" by the Council on Competitiveness, innovation ecosystem was first proposed, which has provide a new way for companies to compete in such a competitive society. Then, several literatures have focused on this area, and Chinese scholars have especially done some research about the enterprise technological innovation ecosystem. Insigma, as one of the excellent IT service providers in China, has constructed a successful technological innovation ecosystem in implementing its strategy of "Green smart city". In this article, we will first make a literature review about the enterprise innovation system focusing on the structure and operation mechanism. Then, we will provide a case analysis comprehensively describes how Insigma builds its own enterprise technological innovation ecosystem and how the system works. We will also introduce a kind of international innovation institute, which works like a regional technological innovation ecosystem as the support of Insigma\´s strategy.
