Abstract :
Yagi-Uda arrays of shaped dipoles are optimised for low sidelobe patterns. Six-element arrays are considered. The study shows that this type of antenna array can be designed to achieve not only higher directivity but also lower sidelobes and much greater front-to-back ratio than the usual straight-wire arrays
