Abstract :
A design for a small size microstrip-to-slotline transition using planar lumped-element parallel LC circuits is proposed. The insertion loss is optimised in the frequency band 4-10 GHz. Both simulation and measurement are in good agreement. The measured bandwidth for 1.3 dB insertion loss is from 4 to 10 GHz.
