Abstract :
The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) from 320 K to 870 K and specific heat measurements from 0.1 K to 2 K are reported. DSC revealed “ortho(P/mmm)-para(P4/nmm)” structural phase transition at 690 K. The λ like anomaly in the specific heat curve at Tm=0.72 K is attributed to the antiferromagnetic ordering of Dy3+ ions and the crystalline field effect
