Abstract
Magnetic measurements to be made under extreme conditions of ultrahigh pressure and low temperature are described. Position differentiating detection of the magnetic flux produced by a very small sample is found to have high sensitivity with the combined use of a SQUID magnetometer and to be suitable for the magnetization measurement of the sample in high pressure cell using diamond anvils. The advantage of the present system gives possibility of measuring the absolute value of the magnetization in wide range of temperature
