Abstract :
This paper describes how to improve the technical reading skills. In order to become a better technical reader first consider how you do your reading now. Identify the conditions that would help you to focus on the task without distraction. As much as possible you choose a time of day or night when you are alert. Once you identified all these physical conditions should be chosen to optimize your concentration. University like Texas A&M refers to inspectional reading as class 2 reading, which involves concentration on a paper´s structure and main points. Some authors like Simonson and Gouveau illustrated sound reading in the context of passage on probability. Linear reading is conquered with conscious reading as well as by considering cross-references to vocabulary, notation and earlier points. However, thirty minutes is the quite reasonable time to digest up to three lines of mathematical or technical article. After reading the articles fix your way of learning like, outlining, creating a short summary sheet. Thus at last you can see effective, efficient reading not only empowers the reader, it also mobilizes the inner writer to better clarity of expression.
