  • Abstract
A critical analysis of the paper by Yang (see ibid., vol.53, no.3, p.662, 2006) is presented. The results presented in the paper are correct. Still, it is necessary to point out a few shortcomings that are possibly due to the fact that the author was not aware of some earlier papers when he submitted his paper
