Abstract :
By dealing with click rate only, the authors of the original paper never encounter the real concern that the output noise becomes infinite when the fading is too deep. Our solution was to truncate the Rayleigh probability density at some minimum signal amplitude. They authors also seem to be unaware of the error rate analysis for an FM discriminator in the nonfading environment.<>
