    This paper describes the ac flashover test results of long air gaps up to 8 m and insulator strings under fog conditions, obtained in the new UHV fog room (35 x 26 x 35 m(h)) completed in Feb., 1979, at Takeyama Laboratory of Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry.
