Abstract :
The capacitive coupling between two microstrip lines crossing diagonally above a ground plane in a multilayered dielectric substrate is analysed through a quasi-static approach based on the space domain integral equation method. The typical evolutions of the normalised lumped excess capacitances for non-orthogonal crossover configurations are presented and numerical results for an orthogonal crossover are compared with previously published data
