Abstract :
In this paper, a one-step method for the measurement of microwave N-port network using N calibrated six-port junctions is presented. Different methods of calibration of microwave N-port network analysers are reviewed and a new method is introduced for calibrating a N-six-port network analyser (NSPNA) including a one-step connection N-port network S-parameter measurement method. The measurement bandwidth is limited to that of the six-port junctions themselves and it can therefore cover at least several octaves
