Abstract :
Based on the previous literature the importance of idea screening on large-scale high-tech enterprise is analyzed and then screening concept model is presented to process the conflict between idea innovation quality and screening time by employing BFPRT algorithm. Moreover, the microscopic process of screening and the screening model are to be explicitly expounded by adopting algorithm, providing valuable insights theoretically and practically. Consequently, the practical significance of this study is to effectively provide creative operable micro guide in ideas screening and to improve the success rate of product development. The beneficiaries are the large high-tech enterprise managers or NPD, R&D managers. The theoretical significance is to construct a new conceptual model of ideas screening algorithm based on the microstructure of the key issues in the screening model. Due to the limitations of the conditions, the proposed method has not actually been verified in the implementation process.
