Abstract :
A transconductor circuit is presented in which the high linearity and bandwidth of the V-I conversion is achieved by means of a highly linear, low-gain current-mode feedback loop. While a spurious free dynamic range of ∼88 dB can be achieved in a bandpass application centred at 100 MHz, the noise integrated from the 95-105 MHz band limits the signal-to-noise ratio to ∼70 B.
