Abstract :
This paper introduces a mobile augmented reality system using orientation sensor to estimate environment lights. The proposed system extracts the lighting direction and intensity from an input image by a front-side camera of mobile device. Experiment results show that this method generates more natural image with multiple smooth shadows in realtime.
