Abstract :
A technique for ground clutter removal from radar meteorological maps is analyzed. After clutter removal, the information contained in the maps, such as height, intensity, motion, and tendency of meteorological features, is automatically extracted and coded according to a simplified Radob code. An example of the results obtained from the meteorological radar of the Piemonte region is shown
